Pricing is based on embroidery percentage, size, and shape. The 50-piece minimum reflects the per-job setup involved in custom shapes.

Embroidered
The classic. Detailed thread work with a merrowed or laser-cut edge.
Screen Printed
For photo-real artwork or large color counts where embroidery isn't ideal.
Rubber / PVC
Durable, weatherproof, tactile. Great for tech wear and outdoor gear.
Sublimated
Full-color, photo-quality printing baked into the fabric. Vibrant and durable.
Leather
Debossed or laser-etched real or vegan leather. The premium finish for caps and bags.
Woven Labels

The portion of the patch covered in stitching. 100% coverage costs more than 50% coverage with visible twill.
- 02Size
Measured by overall dimensions. Standard sizes price out faster; oversize patches are quoted custom.
- 03Shape & edge
Standard die-cut shapes vs. custom laser-cut, plus your choice of merrowed edge color.
